First let me explain how I got here. I was introduced to the electronic cigarette by my mother with the hope that I would be able to stop smoking traditional tobacco cigarettes. I have been a tobacco cigarette smoker for the past 25 years (that sounds so bad but it’s the truth, I’m 42) and have tried almost everything on the market to kick the habit (the patch, the gum, the inhaler, hypnosis 3 times, even the Mad Russian in Boston, acupuncture, cold laser theraphy, Zyban, Cigarest, lollipops, straws, cold turkey etc). Maybe I have very little will power or maybe I just didn’t want to stop smoking. I had always tried to please my family and loved ones with trying to stop smoking but never for myself. I truly enjoy the act of smoking.

Well, when I received the UPS package from my mother containing this revolutionary product called the e-cigarette, I was immediately skeptical. I thought the concept was great but would it satisfy my long standing relationship with that chemical my body and mind crave? I immediately followed the recommended instructions and charged my e-cigarette battery. I was constantly checking to see if the light turned green to indicate that my e-cigarette battery was charged. Once green, I slapped on a tobacco flavor cartridge and took my new friend for a test run. I was impressed. The look, the feel, the taste all satisfied my senses. The LED light on the tip even glowed red like a traditional tobacco cigarette. But what really had me was the smoke I exhaled after inhalation. I soon learned that this wasn’t smoke at all but a vapor mist that was produced. Genius! I thought back to the time I had hoped the Nicotrol inhaler would have worked. The problem there was that the design looks like a feminine hygiene applicator and more importantly, did not give the statisfaction of a visual plume of smoke that I love so much. Blowing rings etc.

I called my mother to inform her that I had received the gift she sent and that I would try and use the product as an alternative to traditonal tobacco cigarettes. I was truly impressed with the design, concept and the satisfaction I received from this product. My family, friends and coworkers were also impressed that this product seemed to be satisfying my addiction. What I soon learned was that I was unable to receive this pleasure without the required KEY component, the cartridge. I did some research and learned of a distributor who was local to me. I visited their kiosk and tried to buy my new best friend, the tobacco cartridges. He immediately asked why I was using this particular model and introduced me to the NEW and IMPROVED version. He let me test this new item and WOW, what a difference. I now needed to purchase this model because the tremendous difference between what I was smoking and the improved version. I told him to write me up and also add 5 boxes of the replacement cartridges. The unit cost me $150 and each box of flavor cartridges were $10, for at total cost of $200 plus tax. This was a lot of money to plop down at one time when I’m use to spending $7.50 for a pack of my typical smokes, and constantly rising thanks to the government. But, I gave him my credit card and then I was on my way. Now, just so you know, I was also smoking traditional cigarettes during this courtship of the e-cigarette. I did reduce my tobacco cigarette habit to roughly 10 cigarettes a day from a pack and half to two packs a day habit(depending upon my stress level on any given day). I was still a prisoner of the traditional tobacco cigarette.

What I soon also learned was that not all electronic cigarettes were the same. They couldn’t be. I personally just experienced myself and spent more money on an item that my mother had sent me as a gift. I also learned that I needed to run to this distributor often to purchase my cartridges which became a bit of a hassle. That is why I created the 3DOM Cartridge Club. So, I decided to do some research and educate myself on the various options available on the market. I then started contacting countless manufacturers and distributors to see what opportunities existed with spreading the word on this revolutionary product called the E-Cig. I contacted a distributor in Florida to see what was required from me to possibly become a distributor myself. They furnished me with various price sheets for quantities I needed to order to receive even steeper unit cost discounts. I was still surprised at the cost for this item given all I was buying was 2 e-cigarette batteries, 1 atomizer, a wall charger and 5 flavor cartridges. Somebody was still making a tremendous profit on these items. So I educated myself some more and contacted many manufacturers requesting samples upon samples. I have to say I did do a lot of e-cigarette smoking. I’m not complaining since I enjoy smoking so much and it finally paid off big because what I discovered was the perfect product available on the market anywhere, offering SUPERIOR QUALITY, PERFORMANCE & SATISFACTION.

You may ask what 3DOM means and why did I decide to brand my electronic cigarette with such an unusual name. My answer is that we live in a very high tech and mobile society. Technology is changing daily. I felt the name Freedom would have been a nice choice since the product offers freedom from all the harmful and toxic additives and chemicals found in traditional tobacco cigarettes. Education is what will eventually reduce the tobacco smoking population in time and with most things in life; we need to educate our children from past mistakes we have made. We now know smoking tobacco cigarettes are a harmful habit not only to ourselves but to the many people around us who inhale its toxic by-product.
