- All 3DOM products ship boxed Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Shipping is provided at a flat rate cost of $5 per order, however expedited shipping can be provided at an additional cost based on location. We currently only ship within the United States and orders are typically received within two (2) to three (3) business days upon processing. After your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and notifying you of any shipping information. - At 3DOM, the privacy and security of our customers’ information is of the utmost importance. We do not sell or forward personal information to any companies or affiliates. The information gathered at the time of purchase is used solely for delivery of product and/or contacting customers in the case of a change or question in order information.
Our customers have the option to sign up for a membership to 3DOM, which will give them access to periodic e-mails and promotions from 3DOM. There is no obligation for this service and users may opt out at anytime. Registration includes the creation of a username and password allowing you a personal account at 3DOM. The sale of cigarettes and tobacco products to children under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited at 3DOM, and no part of our website is designed or structured to attract anyone under 18 years of age. - Ordering
- All ordering at 3DOM is secure and protected. Any personal information provided to 3DOM is not shared or passed on to third party services. Once an order is placed through our site, it is processed immediately and shipped as soon as possible. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service and are generally received within ten business days, however this time frame can be dependent upon customer location. International orders may take longer.
You may check the status of your order at any time by logging into your 3DOM account. All information used for personal accounts is kept private and used only in the event of contacting customers about order information. All payment information supplied to 3DOM is protected and our site uses secure socket layer (SSL) technology to protect such information and provide maximum security. Purchasing at 3DOM is safe and secure and all processing is protected. - Sales & Promotions
- Periodically, 3DOM will feature a sale or promotion on products. All of the items purchased on a sale or promotion are non-refundable and non-returnable. To receive information on the latest sales and promotion, use the “My Account” tab to create a user account and join our mailing list.
- Viewing Orders
- All orders placed at 3DOM can be viewed at any point. To view the status of your order, simply log in to your account and click on your order. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail upon placing your order with an order number and directions on how to check your order status.
