1. Who can purchase 3DOM eCigs?
3DOM Brand Electronic Cigarettes are available to anyone of legal smoking age who resides in the United States. 3DOM is not recommended for pregnant women or those who are sensitive to nicotine.

2. What are 3DOM e-cigarettes?
3DOM Brand Electronic Cigarettes consist of 3 parts; a rechargeable battery, atomizer and flavor cartridge. 3DOM uses the latest in smokeless technology to deliver the most realistic smoking experience without all the harmful additives and chemicals that are found in traditional tobacco cigarettes.

3. What are the ingredients of the 3DOM flavor cartridges?
3DOM cartridges contain nicotine (high, medium, low or non), propylene glycol, tobacco flavoring and other flavoring ingredients. Propylene glycol is a common water based ingredient found in many everyday products. 3DOM flavor cartridges contain no tar, no tobacco and no pollution.

4. What flavors are available?
3DOM flavor cartridges are available in 2 flavors, ta rich tobacco and minty menthol. Both flavors are available in 4 strengths, High (16mg), Medium (11mg), Low (6mg) and No Nicotine (0mg). We at 3DOM are proud of our decision NOT to offer the various candied flavors that may entice non-smokers to use our product. 3DOM is for existing tobacco cigarette users and is a responsible alternative to traditional tobacco cigarettes.

5. What is the 3DOM Cartridge Club?
The 3DOM Cartridge Club is a monthly subscription that enables you to receive delivery of flavor cartridges every month. This option insures that you will always have ample supply on hand. If you choose to join, your credit card will be billed at a discounted price monthly. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time.

6. What is the smoke that is produced?
The smoke or better referred to as 'VAPOR' is an odorless and harmless water vapor that dissipates almost immediately.

7. Where can you purchase 3DOM?
3DOM eCigs are exclusively available thru our web site only at this time.

8. Is 3DOM better than traditional tobacco cigarettes?
3DOM does not make health claims. However, since 3DOM does not contain any of the 600 plus additives or 4000 toxic chemicals found in traditional cigarettes, 3DOM provides smokers with the freedom to choose a more responsible smoking option.

9. Is 3DOM less expensive than traditional tobacco cigarettes?
Yes. Given the constant rising cost of tobacco cigarettes, 3DOM is a wise choice. The cost of a 3DOM cartridge, approximately $1. The 3DOM Freedom cartridge is equivalent to 8 to 12 cigarettes and the Elite cartridge is equivalent to 14 to 18 cigarettes (depending upon ones smoking habits).

10. How many puffs are equivalent to 1 traditional tobacco cigarette?
10 to 12 puffs equals approximately 1 tobacco cigarette. Since 3DOM eCigs are flameless, you can take a few puffs and put it away. Thus not smoking a full cigarette every time.

11. How long does the 3DOM ePack stay charged for?
3DOM’s exclusive ePack, when fully charged, is able to charge the 3DOM e-cigarette batteries up to 5 times before requiring a recharge. The 3DOM ePack allows you the flexibility to be on the go with a back-up battery always charged and ready for use.

12. How long does the 3DOM e-cigarette battery last?
The Freedom e-cigarette battery lasts for approximately 100 to 120 puffs or 1 flavor cartridge when fully charged. The Elite e-cigarette battery will last for 300 puffs or 1.5 flavor cartridges when fully charged.

13. How do I know when my 3DOM e-cigarette battery needs to be charged?
The LED indicator on the tip of the 3DOM e-cigarette will blink 20 times indicating it needs to be recharged. Charge time is approximately 2 hours.

14. Why is there a blue LED light included with my 3DOM starter kit?
The blue LED light is provided for use in public places so people know immediately that it is not a traditional tobacco cigarette.

15. Is 3DOM better for the environment?
Yes. 3DOM produces no second-hand smoke and minimal waste. 3DOM uses recycled plastics for our flavor cartridges as well.

16. Does 3DOM smoke like a traditional tobacco cigarette?
Yes, however, it may take 1 or 2 cartridges for you to perfect your smoking enjoyment. Once you have perfected the art of 'vaping' the 3DOM eCig, you will appreciate all that 3DOM has to offer.

17. Can I smoke my 3DOM eCig anywhere?
Legally speaking YES! Airplanes, restaurants, hotels, your workplace, your car and in your home. 3DOM produces no harmful secondhand smoke or foul odor. 3DOM truly equals Freedom.

18. Can 3DOM be used to stop smoking?
We do not make claims that the 3DOM brand electronic smoking system is a smoking cessation device. As of this time, the FDA has yet to thoroughly review this item so we cannot yet make claim of its function as a stop smoking aid. However, it is feasible to wean oneself from the nicotine levels one inhales by stepping down your strengths over a period of time and eventually wind up at the NO NICOTINE cartridge and just enjoy the pleasure you receive from smoking. If you wish to quit smoking, please consult your doctor.

19. What is 3DOM’s return policy?
Unfortunately, 3DOM Brand Electronic Cigarettes cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons.

20. Does the 3DOM E-Cigarette come with a warranty?
Yes. Both the 3DOM Elite and 3DOM Freedom come with a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturers defects. We only offer a three (3) month warranty on the atomizer since they are consumables. Contact customer service at customerservice@3DOMeCigs.com for details.

21. Is my purchase secure?
All ordering at 3DOM is secure and protected. Any personal information provided to 3DOM is not shared or passed on to third party services. All payment information supplied to 3DOM is protected and our site uses secure socket layer (SSL) technology to protect such information and provide maximum security. Purchasing at 3DOM is safe and secure and all processing is protected.
